Thanks for all your support so far, this really means a lot to me.

I live in Europe, meth isn't too easy to get here (at least, I think it isn't). I'm not interested in using meth either. Why did you leave that comment in the first place, just to be curious?
Also, I'm seeing a psychiatrist on a regular basis, because I suffer from severe depression, dermatillomania, severe OCD and probably PTSD due to the physical and mental abuse I went through and the extreme violence I have suffered and witnessed (I also have severe panic attacks sometimes). My psychiatrist is aware of my past and she is very understanding.
I'm prescribed Remergon (Remeron in the U.S., which is basically Mirtazapine, a tetracyclic antidepressant for my nightmares and for being able to sleep at night). It helps with my depression and my nightmares but I often can't sleep because of the images that are going through my head... It doesn't do anything against the panic attacks and sudden bursts of negative emotions either. She doesn't seem to want to prescribe me anxiolytics though... Not even when I explained that I suffer from these severe panic attacks. From what she said, I could make up the fact that she thinks that I suffer from bipolar disorder (I made a joke about me being bipolar and she said that maybe I do), which I think is not the case. But I'm no doctor so I can't say for sure, although I find it weird that all other psychiatrists and psychologists I went to never said anything about me suffering from bipolar disorder. It doesn't run in the family either, and I think that every regular person would suffer from mental problems if they would have gone through this type of abuse.
As said, me and my psychiatrist talked about my past and the abuse from my father, but we haven't discussed my future intentions. I've got a steady relationship (3 years and a half this month), but apart from that I don't feel that I have much to loose, would I for instance beat 'him' to death with an iron bat. I haven't talked to her about the fact that I'm planning on confronting 'him' physically or the fact that I'm sporadically looking for a decent gun to take with me when I do go to his house. I also haven't talked to her about the fact that I've planned on taking my own life in the past (I've already tried to commit suicide when I was 15 years old), and the fact that I'm still thinking about suicide sometimes.
I've recently had to quit my studies and I'm now looking for a job now. I went to university and college, but due to different factors I had to quit before getting my degree. Being depressed while studying is not a good thing, you know...
My father also went to all high schools I went to, acting like he was a victim that was being terrorized by my mother and stepfather and he told them I was a real rebel and a drug dealer (I have long hair and I'm a fan of Metal music, but I'm not the rebel he makes of me, nor have I ever sold drugs to anyone). I switched schools a few times, mainly because of this. He also did this when I was studying at university, but thankfully they didn't listen to what he had to say. He did this to my sister as well.

In fact, I have a similar story about my mom who passed about 6 years ago that makes me want to do the same thing, just lacking proof of the situation.
I'd say it wouldn't be too extreme to at least go beat the shit out of him with some friends with you so you have someone to back you up in case he tries something dangerous.
About three and a half years ago, I already went near his house with a friend who happened to have a small pistol and a taser when we were nearby. We also had some knives with us. My friend suggested on going there and beating him up, but I refused because of the fact that we were carrying weapons and the fact that I didn't want my friend to get involved. If this would happen now, I'm sure as hell would go there and probably kill him.
If it ever would get to the point that I go his place, I'll make sure that he's dead for sure. I don't want to pay for any possible injuries that he may suffer from when he makes it through.

by feeling upset and dedicating a huge part of your life to hating him, you are giving him power over you. and im sure thats the last thing you want.
you must eliminate that hold he has on you and become the better person by forgiving him and know he is the one who truly has the problem.
love is power,
find the love in your heart and focus on it.
much love
from me
This is not an option. I keep getting re-reoccurring nightmares about him and he keeps on involving himself in our lives, he is really stalking me and my family with his juridical bullshit and telling people lies about us. He seems to be unable to let things go, which makes it impossible for me to do so as well. It's getting too much for me, really. My sister already moved to Scotland last week (for a big part due to his harassments), I think she just couldn't take it anymore.
He has done much harm to her as well; for instance when she started having her period he preserved her underwear (with spots of blood on it) to show it to me. He showed it to me and said "your mother's boyfriend abuses your sister, he has fucked her so hard to that she's bleeding out of her vagina! Do you think I'm lying? here's her underwear... You can see the bloodstains, can't you? He has fucked her so hard that she's injured! He fucked her the way your mother likes to get fucked: hard and brutal". I was 14 back then.
This is just one of many examples.
Anonymous #4 said: Ha! That's bullshit, that motherfucker needs the rest of his teeth knocked out, make it harder for him to threaten women and children again. The average person can't bring themselves to forgive someone beating the shit out of someone that gave birth to them and threatening to kill her and her family. He needs to be on the other end of the cruelty he's been dishing out and maybe he'll realize what a scum bag he really is. He's probably beating the hell out of his current girlfriend and forcing her to stay with him. People like that make me fucking sick.
I don't know if he beats up his current wife as well, but I do know that he has contact with his own mother (she's about 80 years old now) again since a while (this happened about a year before I finally went to live with my mother) and I know for a fact that he has been beating her up as well. I saw this happen on multiple occasions with my own eyes. My sister has had contact with this woman (her grandmother) a while ago and she told her that she's very afraid of him and still gets beaten up on a regular basis. I suspect that he abuses his current wife as well.
The longer I think about it all, the more the urge to beat/shoot him to death grows.
