voice in head?!?

okay, i see people saying they hear voices in their head, but i hear a voice in my head (always has been there), but thats me talking to myself in my head?! i always thought thats how the mind works? if everyone else has this 'voice/conscious thought voice', then whats the difference between those who hear lots of voices? i dont get it?

A few times while in meditation or on the edge of sleep, Ive heard voices. On one occassion, it sounded as though someone were speaking into my left ear. Another time, I felt a subtle kind of bodily vibration (that time scared the crap out of me, which my mental voice rarely does). On a third occasion, I heard voices speaking my name and mumbling from outside. An outside voice is like the difference between a real person and a movie projection. Well, I had better shut up before I sound too insane.... muahhahaha

I used to wonder the same thing... then I took a bit over 7g dry and found the difference between my voice and the many voices.
