there are two kinds of psychic
the receiver type
and the more popular sender type - which is personal desire magic or sender magic, and that kind of psychic practice leads to being immersed in the self and not knowing what you pushed out there and what was already there.

Practice for the receiver's path is different. you add nothing, no sigils and no wishes - you just watch without singling things out or suppressing what you see/experience.
