What pets do you have?

At the moment, I have a beagle, 3 blue tongue lizards and 2 cats.
I have had them all since they were babies.

In the past I have grown frogs from tadpoles, I've had hairy beetles (but they never made it past grub stage), a whole heap of fish, and I briefly owned an echidna when I was 10 or so, but mum made me take it back up to the bush and let it go.

What about you guys?

Bunnies. They are litterbox trained like cats to use their litterbox. they free roam a big dog pen/cage about 8x10

one old chocolate lab. He's my best friend. sounds kinda lame, but it's true. the unconditional love from dogs is so satisfying

that's why i can't have any for pets

that's an exercise wheel attached to the wall of the cage, not a washing machine :lol:

they usually only form a friendly bond with the humans who spend ample time with them. to them, stranger humans are not to be trusted and they are curious but remain very cautious.

http://this is crystal, hanging out with some brazilian agate. she's a singapurra cat, the tiniest cat breed. i also have another 3 of them. 2 of them are her babies.

a cat, a dockson/yorky mix with ratt weiler colors, an a tamed columbian golden tegu lizard.

A sheperd/rottie mix who is my best bud, we got him from the pound 7-8 years ago and he was about 2 years old at the time.  His name's Joey

A bijon/poodle mix my mother saved from a horribly wretched breeder.  She was in a cage 24/7 and never saw the light of day for 2 years, never had a name and was obviously abused badly.  Had her for about 4 years now and she has come a longggg way.  It took her about a year and a half to even let me pet her and she still flinches sometimes as well as shits and pisses inside when she's nervous..  Her name's Bijou

2 of the puppies from one of bijou's litters.  We had to breed her once to pay for buying her.  Bred her with a yorkie and we kept 2 of them to try to help bijou not be so sketchy.  It actually worked quite well and they're pretty cute despite being able to fit in your pocket.  They're about 3 years old but they will always look like puppies.

lots of very tasty looking critters there, a few years back i started diversifying my meat pallet and have tried many different things (all legal so far), ever since i wonder what all animals taste like (yes even humans like a good organic fed, country bred {or free range} athlete must be good eating), have you noticed how most the animals we regualrly eat are ugly as fuck, i bet cute ones are proper tasty

Tuna = Ugly

Cow = Ugly

Pig = Ugly

Sole = So ugly it looks radioactive

Chicken = ugliest birds i have ever seen

most of the others fit the same formular but we eat them like they were gonna spoil if we didn't.

I have a theory that the cute animals are so tasty that they dare not let us try them or we would eat the fucking lot and end up with a planet full of ugly animals we don't want to eat because we have the memories of all the cute flavours
