This thread is so awesome.

It looks like it could soon be possible for me to do a thumbprint. I don't want to miss the opportunity, but also don't want to do it if I am not really ready for it.

I feel like I am, I guess the only way to know or sure is to do it...

I'm pretty sure the 150mg of DMT kicks the LSD in the ass.  I've never tried that much smoked DMT but it would definitely be a more intense breakthrough than a thumbprint.

I think in a way doing a huge dose of acid would be maybe not more intense than the dmt but harder to handle if that makes sense. it just seems that with the acid youd have more time to freak out and go nuts whereas with the DMT your instantly in another universe than gently placed back in ours within a short time while doing LSD at large doses your fucking NUTS for days.

He was a guy that followed the Dead on tour and laid acid with the family, you can find the whole thumbprint thread somewhere, it's a really awesome read :stalin:

The ride there may be a bit rough but once you're gone it wouldn't matter. You can look at the experience from whatever perspective you'd like but the experience is above perspective.

That being said I don't recommend you do a thumbprint.

The ride back may be a bit unsettling, depending on who you are

Just wow.. Thank you China!
Looking at his profile he hasn't been here, or at least posted since the start of 07'. Hope one day he takes a dose that makes him wonder back, if just once to see the love and word he spread so many years on;

Hey, thanx man. Been around a few weeks but not posted much, only in ye' old pub and PE mainly and there's not much more you can say on a DMT experience that others haven't; Though i might upload a DMT trip report.

But this is just a crazy thread, sat reading till 4am ! Amazing stuff. I feel China is more deserving of my *self given* Psychedelic Jesus title than anyone i have heard of (that isn't a widely popular scientist) All the acid and plur (Peace, love, unity and respect) he spread is awe inspiring.

Read this whole fucking thread throughout the course of the day... Absolutely incredible. As many have already mentioned, I find these experiences inspiring and infinitely interesting. I have known this site existed for quite some time. Thanks to the plethora of information available on this site, I have properly prepared for most of my experiences... I'm a firm believer in the idea that if you are to injest substances (ESPECIALLY substances as powerful as psychedelics) you must do your homework. Your body is the one thing you keep your entire life, so it is best to respect it.

This thread turned me into a Shroomerite, and I am glad to make my first post on this thread. I have already counted atleast five to ten other people who posted years ago that this thread made them active, and I love that idea. Availability and quality vary so widely that I haven't been able to conduct research as much as I like, and people in Jersey (if they aren't trying to rob you) tax you an arm and a leg. This summer marked my first music festivals and I hope to make it to many events next summer... I hope to run into some of you fellows at these events, there's nothing I appreciate more than good company.

These veteran gurus who paved the way for us may have retired from their work, but that only means we, the youth, are again tasked with the mission to spread the love and harmony we know exists in each and every one of us. As someone may have mentioned, production may not be exclusive to families anymore, and there are people who produce fake, notoriously low quality, or even dangerous imitations of LSD.

It is our job not as trippers of psychedelic enthusiasts or Deadheads or whatever group you may feel you belong to, but our job as PEOPLE doing good for fellow man, that these assholes are stopped. They soil the good name of an INEFFABLY important molecule and impede the progress of our entire movement.

I haven't even visited other parts of the forum yet, but I do hope that there is a place to post information about events. I would love to see this online community step out of the realm of cyberspace to help guide me on my path to enlightenment. Great thread guys, keep fighting the good fight. One love.

Wow, that might be the best first post that I've ever seen. Welcome Clyde, you'll fit right in. There is a gathering section, but I think you need 50 posts or something like that to access it. You have a lot of insight and you seem like an excellent human being. I hope you find what you're looking for here.

 Thank you sir. I really appreciate the warm welcome. After visiting a festival this September and experiencing an atmosphere of such high vibes, so much love in the air, the feeling of community, oneness, and seeing the acts of kindness and charity going on around me...  Renewed my faith in humanity, reminded me that I am not alone, and no, I am NOT the only one who thinks that there must be a fundamental change in the way human society runs. I felt a sense of community and togetherness that I have never felt before in my life. There is definitely something that is overwhelmingly fucking beautiful and positive about like-minded, good people getting together and enjoying themselves (RESPONSIBLY and RESPECTFULLY). I believe that people like us (not necessarily psych users, but those who respect and value them and are open minded to the idea of researching them) will be the change needed.

I like you. We have very similar views from what I've seen so far (all 2 posts, haha).

Community is one of the most important things to me. The only problem is, I don't really feel apart of any communities. Everybody keeps to themselves in my neighborhood. My school is too big and I don't make friends there. All my friends moved away. I have my girlfriend and my roommate, they are both great that's a relationship, not a community.

I went to my first festival this previous summer and saw that community for the first time. Everybody was helping each other out. Everything and everybody was so open. It was really great. I want that in my life.

Just curious, have you ever heard of MAPS? I only ask because you are talking about researching psychedelics. They are a really cool organization that you should check out if you haven't yet.

Yes I've heard of MAPS though I honestly haven't looked far enough into them. My "research" has so far consisted of going down the rabbit hole myself  :trollmove:

I'm rather young to be conducting any legitimate "research", or atleast any that would be given any merit at all. I lack resources and accessibility due to my finances and living situation.

Though i hope one day, perhaps I will be deemed worthy enough to continue the spiritual work of the gurus and spread the sacrament.

I'm not saying that you should go work for them, I'm just saying they're doing some really cool stuff that you should be aware of.

Right now they are using MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for treatment-resistant posttraumatic stress disorder. I just wrote a literature review on the two studies that they have out. They are also using psilocybin to treat end of life anxiety associated with terminal cancer diagnosis.

I'm not affiliated with them in anyway, but I think they are going to lead the way into good, scientific research that eventually gets these drugs integrated into society. Just a good entity to be aware of.

YES. I actually have heard of this now that you're more specific. Wonderful things are happening.  I hope the ball keeps rolling along nicely, for the benefit of humanity.
