You just cut a straw at an angle and push it into the top of the cake. When the cake dries out, then you put water into the straw, feeding water slowly into the cake, rehydrating it so it can fruit again. It's the first one I've done this with and this will be the first flush. I'll let ya know when I actually start using the straw.
