What are the optimal conditions for pinning cakes? (RH, temp, air exchange)

Allright then. 95% humidity, temp around 75 degrees, fresh air 2 - 3 times per day.

Cool, thanks dude. I've been waiting for a while for these pins and didn't even see them because they were on the bottom of the cake in the moist verm. Is 98% RH too much or is that okay?
