Optimal Conditions

I just started up a new terranium. Decided to toss out my old one from last year. Anyway, i'm tyring to determine what the optimal conditions are for each step. I'm using the Magic Mushroom Growers Guide as my guide with the ultrasonic humidifier method. If there is a better way please tell me. Also, I have a humidity gauge inside and over 90% it says high and at the same time i also have condensation forming on both my drip shield and the top "window." Should this be happening? or should I add another bottle to the system. I will admit that i'm still relatively a newbie to this so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Okay, that helps a little. First off, the humidity gauge says Hi, and that happens over 90% so the RH should be okay. Second, the temp gauge says 69. Thats a little low. How would i fix that?

Raise the temperature.  :grin:

Try putting a fish tank heater submerged in a glass of water in your grow chamber. Works for me.

my uncle's dog's rabbit went to lowes the other day and got a space heater with a digital temp  he set it at 76  it stay's with in 2 degree's +/- hope this helps

my fish tank heater was 14 dollars at petsmart and it provides moist heat up to 90 plus degrees

If i setup a glass of somesort ... with a heater ... woudl that be enough moisture in a sealed growing chamber ... or should i still keep the humidifier with the 4 coke bottles ?

You'd still need some source of humidity more than the glass with the heater.
