Fish and Liver Oils

So I've been taking fish oil religiously for the last 9 months or so. Weed used to give me a mild arrhythmia...but now it's just gone.
I also started taking Halibut Liver Oil (contains Vit A+D) about 3 months ago. Reason being is because I work an editorial job. I am constantly staring at a screen or a piece of paper...a year of doing that and my vision started going to shit...felt like a blind kitten every time I woke up. Optometrist said my vision is still 20/20 but I am losing my ability to focus. She gave me very weak reading glasses for work. The glasses in combination with the liver oil have fixed up my eyes very well....IMO I can see better than before my eyes even went to shit.
Fish oil on the other hand has plenty of benefits. #1 is that your heart will be in top notch shape for the remainder of your days. It's also very healthy for the brain. Countries with high intake of fish oil have the lowest rates of depression.
If you want to do something good for your body, I strongly suggest you hook yourself up with some liver and fish oils.

An omega-3 supplement should be in everyone's daily diet.

Take omega threes 3 times a day. Works wonders on your memory without a doubt.

Omega 6/9 is good for you when there's an approx the same amount of Omega 3 present. If there's more 6/9, it's unhealthy and will go towards clogging your arteries from what I understand.

Yeah, its all about balance. Most Americans eat way more omega-6 in their diet than omega-3. More omega-6 increases inflammation and the possibility heart disease. And oleic acid (omega-9) is produced in your body from other fatty acids and thus are non-essential. Your body doesn't produce either omega-3 or omega-6...they both must be obtained from your diet. But since omega-6 is much more prevalent in your diet, omega-3 is touted much more as a suggested daily supplement.
