:facepalm: I love kratom. I know me posting this is being hypocritical to the matter... but kratom's being way too abused and out in the open as a "legal high" to the point were it has now made it to the local news (and obviously DEA drugs of concern. I am appalled by this shop and what they are doing, not because this little bitch girl cant take hold of her own life and they are sneakily selling kratom labeled as only kava (unless specifically asked), but because these are the type of things/people that ruin a good thing for everyone, even those using it responsibly.
(not to mention this shop sells less than a gram of extract for over 40 a shell). bula my ass and go fudge yourself.

and I might add... the bald doctor is notorious for shoving subutex/suboxone down your throat in large (32mg large) doses for even minor opiate problems (i.e. kratom use). Also the shop now has small 'not for human consumption' "warnings" on the sigh now in very small print. As if that does anything as they literally serve the drink to anyone (kids) right there at the bar. way to fuck things up.

I agree to a certain point, but in terms of what I'd consider harmful affects kratom should be illegal and cannabis should be legal. I didn't like kratom and can see how one can hurt themselves while influenced by the drug. I got a SEVERE hangover from kratom which is sometimes reported.

Note how they gloss over the fact that kratom is used to get people of off opiates.  Also, they skipped the part where kratom tea tastes like stagnant sewage (Not really that bad if I think about it, but horrid none the less).

I guess it's time to stock up.  I hear lucid herb calling.

honestly, though, I think it's gonna take a fat minute

with "bath salts", fluro-amps, PV, m1, MXE, 2C's, cannabinoids, DOxx's, NMB, and MANNNNNNNYYYYYYY others, I don't think kratom, which is probably very rarely used in situations that get the user caught, will be bring in the DEA radar too hard

it's been, "of concern", since 2009, I think

That article is horrible :facepalm: . I've heard of kava bars serving kratom which should be fine since it is a legal plant. But then it gets blown up in the media and ultimately outlawed because of shit like this.


Smoke shops around my area started to sell it about a year ago, but I don't think many people even know what it is so :shrug: . Around here anyone that's interested in an opiate like buzz will just hops onto pills or tar :sadyes: .

Really?....


I consider kratom and cannabis to be equal with each other as far as how (relatively) benign they are, and they're both pretty damn harmless in my opinion. I don't think people should be driving while under the influence of kratom but I really don't see people doing harm to themselves :rolleyes: .

I have recently tried kratom for my first time & have dabbled with it a few times since. I think it's a lovely plant, really enjoyed the clear-headed euphoric buzz it gives. It completely melted away any social anxiety I would have, much better than what alcohol or benzos would do for me and with out clouding the mind. Only complaint I would have is I've encountered a headache on two different occasions during the comedown, though it wasn't all that bad :shrug: .



Kratom is my new favorite plant, might just say on par with cannabis :smirk: .
