First flush finished? Massive Stalk??

PF-Tek cakes.  I'm a little confused on when my first flush is finished. They've been poppin up everywhere for 5 days and I've harvested a descent amount. How do I know when the first flush is finished? I plan on re dunking for 24/hr.

Do I leave the pins and pick the aborts? Also, theres giant what looks like stalks of mycelium growing along the side of the cakes, do I scrape that off or leave it? I mean one cake has what looks like a quarter size of the cake stalk. Please help!!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so pick aborts leave pins and dunk. What should I do with the aerial mycellium? Leave it and dunk?

leave it its fine just increase air flow you can tell when flush is done by picking up the cake if it feels lite and dry its ready to be dunked

My cakes are double stacked, getting in there and picking everyone up individually really doesn't seem so smart to me. No disrespect thanks for your help.

Any other suggestions on how to tell when the first flush is finished? Is it true that they can go right into there second flush without dunking? Some seem spent while others are flourishing.
