my shrooms have fruited and some of the veils have broken on the smaller ones, my question is the pictures look decieving in the cultivation guides, my shrooms are only about 1-2 inches tall at the most, should i still harvest or let them grow a little more? what is ideal height

What substrate? Humidity? temp? are they cased? if so, What with? what strain?

Most people will say harvest as soon as the veil breaks. My friend likes to wait until the cap starts to flatten out. It looks cool. :grin:

The point is that when it's ready, it's ready. Height of the shroom is not a factor.

I think bigger ones will come after the first flush. Check to see if the substrate is dry if it is pour some water on it so that it soaks it up.
