Newbies aren't spawning to bulk, the cakes consolidate and its best to do this in the FC.
some noobs do bulk, and it's their very first post, success and mushrooms. some people are able to research and do. some people need to be helped. Since no one was talking about cakes there was some assumptions made that it was bulk substrates rather than cakes, be specific if you want cake advice.

This is true. What I was trying to say is that people but their FC in so many different places, for whatever reason. If you put it in a fish tank, it's easy to see the cake, it's easy to diagnose, it has the right temperatures, as well as humidity, so the only variable left is air flow.
it would be who of you to actually figure out what mushrooms want from experience, you're diagnosing things that don't need to be diagnosed. this post eludes to the fact that you're talking out of your ass about how much you know about mushroom growth

It can work. But the yields are utter shit compared to a $5-$10 tote with 1/4" holes 2" apart in a grid-like pattern on all 6 sides with $5-$10 perlite.

I completely disagree that noobs should just somehow know the exact environment needed to grow cubes and adjust a fish tank accordingly. If you do the SGFC, the environment is already taken care of. All you gotta do is work on improving surface conditions and misting. Learn to walk before you run.
