Best Jar / Case Substrate Psilocybe cubensis Golden Teacher?

I was wondering what the best substrate for golden teachers is. I did the PF Tek and cased them with soil and vermiculite though I should have used 50/50 I believe.

My friend would have used coir instead of soil but what the fuck, it's too late now.
