I am not sure what this means exactly and is something you would have to elaborate
on.

This is something I agree with but with so many people in need everywhere in the
world its hard to say how this would be done for where everyone can benefit if
possible. But I guess we are just talking about America here so whatever.

This would not help anything. Fighting violence with violence is not the answer.
Prison is still an option but the system is completely fucked and corrupt so that
to will need an overhaul.
