Now I know why I haven't been able to sleep and why my arm itches so fucking much. Think I should take the cast off? I'll probaby have to go back tohave it put back on, it's hard on the bottom but soft stuff on top.

it's a soft cast, it has a hard base and a soft top, i tore cartilage, didn't break anything.

a knife will just spread it, he needs to get a piece of metal real hot and scold it, it'll burn for a few seconds, and you'll feel it for maybe a few hours but after that you shouldn't feel anything. I did that to my finger about a month ago with a soldering iron
