the Simple Cubensis Growing Technique suggests this...


1 jar = 2/3 cup of vermiculite
1/4 cup of brown rice flour
1/4 cup water

this is the 141 recipe: (1)cup flour(4)cups Verm. (1)cup h20..this makes (6) 1/2 pint jars. Double it and you got (12) 1/2 pints,etc. You can thank Lana for this(i think).

My recipe is:
1 part brown rice flour
3 part verm
1 part water.....

perfect for moisture contents.....

the best fruiting formula for brf cakes i've ever used is very simple.
1/2 c. verm.
1/4 c. brf
1/4 c. spring water.
fills 1 half pint jar.
