Also I heard that AA is really good about replacement parts and stuff.
I was wondering if you had the repair number in the manual if ya have it handy?
I broke the wingnut, it wouldn't loosen up so I wrapped a potholder for cushion as to not have metal to the bakelite material touching and cranked on it with a pipe wrench:facepalm2: it was really warm and I had just got through a 90 min pc cycle


I actually cooked a ham on bone great northern and navy bean soup in it....there was a crusted layer on the bottom (burnt) and while I was cleaning it out there were very very tiny pits but nothing I am alarmed about I guess...hmmm now that i think about it i am going to inspect further...lol

lol I know, I was actually trying to loosen it after a pc run, it was just stuck and I was impatient.
I really wish I had the manual...lol its burried in a bunch of stuff out of town.

for the longest time I also couldn't figure out why the damn
thing wouldn't open after a pc run.. then it hits me...how many times have I heard RR mention Vaseline around the seal

Put a little bit on my finger while the rim was warm, it was like butta baby!
Just like they do it downtown

I have attached a picture of the damage and a receipt of purchase.

I adore my AA930 and would like a replacement part please.

The part I need is  part# 64  bakelite wing nut (630020) as shown in the photo.

I cannot ship it to you first. Is there a way you could send me the replacement part and and a return shipping envelope and shipping label?

They responded at 11:30am thats 4hrs! pretty quick if ya ask me.
