Speaking through heart or head?

I speak with my head, because I don't let my emotions dictate anything without good approval from my head. I've always known this about myself, but after analyzing people I notice many of them let their emotions dictate what they say, whether it be really nice or really mean. People who don't show it come off as being cold and distant. Emotions mean and feel better when they are justified. I don't want to think of one being superior than the other, but what is the value of emotion if its just dumped out whenever the feeling comes?

Well you are ultimately speaking from your brain, which controls all your thought processess. I don't think there is nothing wrong with speaking with emotions, but before doing that use your brain to think about thinking about emotions. Hopefully that makes sense.

Mind must interface with the heart untill you cannot distinguish the difference between the two.
To me, this interface is a talent I see in people who are resilient to adversity and can emerse themselves in any activity they choose. The more a person seems to have this naturally the more I seem to envy them...
