My Texas and Hawaiian grow (complete)

This is a little review of my last grow. Both of these took about 2 weeks to colonize in jars and 1 week to colonize to my substrate. Overall I'm moderate to this grow on how they turned out, I'm guessing 2 ounces in total to my two 12qt dish bins.

Strain: Hawaiian and texan

Colonization time/type: 15 days in jar at room temp.  8 days in substrate. Multispore

Substrate: Sublicous compost (5lbs per bin)

Casing: none

Harvest: about 3 ounces

Review: Both strains looked the exact same and despite my constant fanning and spraying never really got too big, must be the strain because I know I've grown some monsters with the same sub.

I just used Sublicous compost, from what I can see its coir, verm, and straw probably some other additives but worked out pretty well.

Aw man, my buddy just knocked up a 10lb bag of sublicious compost with a Texas syringe.. he's gonna wanna see this grow.

So....  What was ur depth of substrate?? What did you use as spawn?? How many quarts of spawn did you??

Those don't look like ANY TEXAN I've cultivated before.  Texans are normally Short, stout, fat, and MEATY as hell!.  I'm talking some of the densest fruits I've ever seen. Large "woody" looking caps.  That's just from my experience.

There are no known natural cubensis in Hawaii. The only Hawaiian cubensis is PESA, which was grown from an Amazonian sub-strain.

I'd also like to know this.  I just knocked up 6 jars of Allen Strain (my first time ever trying this) and plan to fruit in two 64 qt containers.  If I can expect a 3oz yield from them that'd be awesome, even though I'm just praying the jars colonize.

6 jars for 2-64 quart tubs! You need more spawn for sure. I use like 7 quarts per 64 quart tub.

My last grow, my cakes were completely yellow in Metabolites before my first flush. And i still got a little over 17 oz. dry out of 2 tubs.

Im doing 3-4 64 quart tubs right now. :crazy2:

17 oz dry how many flushes ???? thats over a pound dry my god that would last me twos years tripping everyweek at 4grm a trip thats one good grow
