Casing Compost?

I'm really happy with the results from my compost experiment. The mycellium is growing in the compost real nice. I've gotten some great advice from Captn Max but I want to get some other opinions as well now that I am at this crucial stage of the experimnet.

So chould I case the compost when it is done? And what would be a good casing for horse manure compost?
