Just put it in a decoy case of some sort. Buy a soda pop stash can maybe or make one from random household stuff. Put it in your clothing bag and drive. Cops won't waste their time searching through your every last pair of boxers unless YOU give them reason to.

dont sweat it.  they will be looking for huge shipments, not some guys moving and shit.

clean all the bongs and pipes real well, then those are cool.  use rubbing alcohol and salt.  place the pipe in a ziploc with both and shake vigorously.  repeat.  hide the shrooms with all your kitchen shit.  make them look like granola mix or something, grind them up.

put the weed in a drawer.  wrap it up good.  look sober, dont be scared, YOU ARENT DOING ANYTHING WRONG.  that is key to this, do not be scared, you arent doing anything wrong.

i was pulled over once for speeding with a quarter of shrooms and dank in the trunk
my buddy was in the seat beside me rippin bowls the whole trip (2 hours or so), and had the bong in his LAP when the lights started flashing

I kept it respectful and did exactly what the cop said.
i got let off with a warning for not having my insurance (phew!)

point is: obey the laws, and if you get pulled over then just do what your told and say "sir" alot lol

calm down man, just follow all driving laws. people dont just get pulled over for no reason.

i spent a summer driving around the country with a half ounce and nothing happened because i didnt drive like a retard...sure if i wouldve gotten pulled over id have been fucked i never let that happen
