Second grow. Happy with Cambodians.

This is my second grow and I am very happy with my Cambodian P. Cubensis that I am working with. While I had a blast with the Brazilian, I am having much more fun with the Cambos. simply because they are HUGE in comparison.







I got around 84 wet grams from the big cake that I harvested. :smile: I don't think that's too shabby for a noob.

I've read that Cambos are realitively potent, even though a cube is a cube. I have them drying right in front of me and I just want to eat-em!!! num nahm hamh :mushroom2:

I am such a noob that just the sound of cloning in LC sounds intimidating. I took 2 smaller caps for prints because I didn't have the heart to rip the head off a big one. Right now I think I should focus on learning how to make a syringe. I am having a bit of trouble finding a good tek. How hard is it to make a syringe?

His veil hasn't broken yet :shocked: I'm saving him for Sunday Night :smile: I'm going to eat him right out of the FC :crazy2:

I picked the other fruits on the other cake because the veil broke on them. I suppose I could have waited a bit longer but I wanted to be on the safe side.

I'm in the middle of a Cambodian grow. I hope I get some monsters like that! Are you going to dunk and do more flushes?

Beautiful Cambodians, nice job. Do LC, or at least a ghetto culture slant. Its easier than growing a cake, plus you have fruitbodies so your culture will be a clone of that sub-strain. Keep up the good work!

If dried correctly they dont lose potency. At least not a noticable amount.

Yes, this is true, but psilocin oxidizes during the drying process, therefore making dried shrooms less potent.

I would say that about 25 grams fresh equals about 3 grams dried in my experience.

ill eat the extra half gram just because dried are alot easier to eat

Thank you for the words of encouragement, I hope that I can learn the process for making LCs and monotubs soon. Honestly when I first started this hobby I wasn't thinking beyond pf cakes because I wasn't expecting as much success. I am bad at learning I just make up for it by doing alot of it. Honestly I am intimidated because I'm afraid that new processes will lead to contams and ruin my future grows. I'll try and make my fear a good thing by doing an excessive amount of research before I start something new.

Here is an updated pic I took of the guy I'm going to eat tonight :laugh:

The bluing is hopefully just bruising. I'm pretty confident that it is :crazy:
