Military drug tests

So yah, back home on leave and haven't been there or here (hey Shroomery!) in a while, and of course I'm bombarded with temptations of inhaling euphoric THC-packed smoke into my system but you know, that's just poking a venemous snake in the eye

It did get me thinking about drug tests though, and how people manage to beat. It seems as time progresses popping on drug tests are less frequent, or at least the repercussions less horrible. Shit, if your command digs you, you might be safe, though a terminal non-req.

I mean, is there any way to synthetically beat a military-instituted drug test, or do you just chug-a-lug a lot of water?

Aw well, heavy drinking is on the menu tonight

if it goes to the lab instead of just a strip test then the test will more then likely just come out inconclusive and youll have to restest. has something to do with creatinin i believe and just overloading on water dillutes the levels and they know its just water. i can say that theres detox teas that will work even if going to the lab but i dunno about the military. if i were you i wouldnt chance it.

In Canada, at least with my unit, they threatened to put it on your record. I never looked into it and I don't know how much truth there was to it, but they promised dishonorable discharge and told us we'd never get a government job.
Sounds like a good reason to not do drugs to me.

Quite of bit of undesirable things

Like someone mentioned, OTH and shit detail

It's an awful, quite frankly dehumanizing process, from what I've seen.

You're treated like an nonentity for the rest of your tenure, which could be quick and only a month-long, but usually they drag it for at least a couple of months. Paperwork constantly gets lost and udnerprioritized, and the whole thing is just horrendous, to say nothing of brig time and fines

If you drink a lot of water, just keep aspirin or detox on hand and when they ask you pop those things and wait an hour saying you don't have to pee and when time comes take the test. If  they say it's too diluted, just say it's because you're trying to stay in the best shape for the military.

If you don't drink a lot of water, then do it. You can still drink beer because it flushes your system of drugs, not alcohol, but still helps you out.

I agree with most and say you might as well stay clean. But you can always consider the substances that don't stay in your system for quite as long as THC; like opiates, amphetamines, benzos...
