exersize only works if yu have enough time to study...It burns the fat and releases the THC into your urine...

SJR do a search for "fooling the bladder cops" and good luck, but IMHO you won't need it coz those dip tests are cake!

i have a piss test coming up as well for a new job. thank god im currently taking creatine anyway and lifting weights. like somebody else just said, creatine monohydrate can be bought at any health food store or probably even your local walmart, although i've never seen it at mine. i smoked sunday night, not knowing i would have this new job.. and have to take the piss test by next thursday. do you all think i have a chance to flush my system by then? im probably gonna buy some niacin as well, and just drink a tremendous amount of water before the test.

Its rough its tough , but guaranteed to work .
2 caps of bleach and all the water you can drink , minimum of 1 gallon .
Do 3 hours before test and is a promise you will p[ass the test . Learned it from a paramedic , done it twice with no harmfull side effects , my self . Was nasty , took all day to get rid of taste in my mouth , but worked . Will never do it unless in a real pinch i.e. short time frame in which to prep for test .
Goldenseal will work also , but must take for 2 weeks prior to test , and allow for 3 days for Goldenseal to leave system (draws red flag to some testing companies) , and oh yeah no smoking while taking it .
The bleach method you can smoke 4-5 hours before and still pass .

Its not creatine they test for. Its creatinine, Its a different thing. Drinking creatine wont do shit for ya(To my knowlage) and water wont because they test for dilution. But you have a shitty dipstick test, you could dip it in pure water and pass. Just drink alot of water, and piss clear, and your cool. If you took a lab test, youd be fucked

Yes drink the nasty shit , one cap full will do for the normal drug user , the heavy one especially one that uses opiates do two caps , followed by lots of water to dilute the bleach . If you do not drink lots with it you will be very sorry . It will not kill you , but is very nasty , burns throat a little , upset tummy , eyes watery , sinuses flow for awhile .
But yes ... drink it alone , followed by tons of water , and oh yeah do not smoke cigaretts for at least a couple of hours , taste real bad , and makes throat burn more than normal .
But no shit you will pass , paramedic buddy does it all the time , he gets random tested at least once a month , does meth , weed , ketamine , you name it he takes it , and still has his job .
They will ask why so clean , did you force water into system because you knew you had a test . You answer ... NO , was I supposed to deprive myself of water prior to taking test , no one told me that . Play dumb , but unworried about the question .
The bleach may make you want to puke , DO NOT PUKE , keep drinking water till feeling goes away , you will be fine . We all drink small amounts of chlorine each day , but not enough to scrub the old kidneyts of any and all toxins , bleach and lots of water will do just that , SCRUB away all built up toxins .

Call it what you will , I agree if your life depends on staying clean do so , but in a crisis live or die situation where your job or staying out of jail , it works and is safe , unless you are allergic to chlorine .
Anyone who does this method is on their own !
It does work and is undetecable by testing facilities unlike dumbass shit like overdosing on vitamins .
If paramedics do it , it must be relativly okay .
I am so glad my job and life does not require it , nor will I ever apply for a job again that requires such invasions of privacy . Also remeber ph levels are scanned by most facilities , excessive water drinking does just that alters ph of urine , the bleach keeps the ph in the right acidity range .
Medics are tested for high creatine levels , and will fail if signs of large amounts are detected .

i remember hearing about 10 years ago that a good method was putting bleach under your fingernails, then spiking your urine with it when you take the test. anybody heard of this?

Actually it was the use of dishsoap , it used to work , but now days most testing facilities are wise to this and can see you pissing on your finger to lift the soap off and taint the urine sample , they also can detect it at the time of testing , and will either fail you or demand another test , and they will then physically stand and watch you , so you cannot do the same thing again . If you notice at most testing places they tell you not to wash your hands before and after the sample is given , once you give them the sample they allow you to wash at a sink outside of the head itself .
This bleach method I mentioned is only meant for once in a blue moon situation , where you are ordered to take a test in a very short time frame , i.e. "WE WANT YOU TO TAKE A TEST AT SUCH AND SUCH FACILITY , AND YOU HAVE 3-8 HOURS TO DO SO "
If you are given 15-30 days , there are better , less harmfull ways to clean up . But one small teaspoon of bleach will not kill you , nor will you need to visit a poison control center . Now if one drank a cup full of bleach ... oh yeah you will do some serious harm to your gastro-intestinal tract , throat , and tounge .
