Will i pass a drug test?

Hey i stopped smokin weed in december. last weekend (2/21) i smoked a bowl with 3 friends. this was the 2nd time since i stopped. the problem is, is that my mom told me today that i will be getting tested sometime next week. I am already drinking some cranberry juice b/c i heard from a friend that it can help speed up your system. i can buy some detox before the test to be real safe, but i woudl prefer not to b/c of the $$. i must pass this test thouhg, so if detox is nesessary then which kind shoudl i look out for and which shoudl i stay away from. Yep, and erowid, which is a reliable source, states that single use is usually naturally flushed withing 48-72 hours. Only habitual use takes much longer to flush.
