Trichocereus clones - a request for info

Trichocereus sp. Torres & Torres

Trichocereus peruvianus "Los Gentiles" "Pichu"

I need to know as much about these particular clones as possible, pictures would be great as well. From my understanding the Torres & Torres clone is highly active, but I want to read what others got to say about it.

"Highly active"?  No, it's just average.  People's pereption is a little skewed by two things. 

1)  The backberg clone is "below average" potency.  The backberg clone, some macrogonus, and juul's giant all have some issues with finding a mystery sedative alkaloid in place of mescaline.  (The mechanism isn't well understood yet.)

2)  Remember that old line from fear and loathing "Goddamn mescaline, why can't they make it a little less pure"?

Mesc is a really powerful molecule.  I wouldn't trust anything but raw numbers and alkaloid profiles. Control groups, etc. etc.

The Torres and Torres is a vigorous growing specimen and IME has the exact same cultural requirements as the Backeberg clone.. in other words, it takes all the water you throw at it.

Be warned that most vendors who sell this cutting sell pretty thin cuttings.. Just something to think about.

Los Gentiles.. Spination ranges from short - medium and the spines are consistently dark brown. Thats all I know about them. Excellent germination rates on the seed IME.

Trichocereus "torres & torres" is a pretty good one.
I have one at the moment, they have a good growing pace and are more potent than the backberg clone.
