Burma Monotub - MONSTERS!

hell yes, first monotub gro attempt and i must say the results have been awesome so far

i wasn't thrilled about the pinset initially, but jesus did these babies take off, the biggest ones have nearly hit the top of the tub (7~8 inches long and THICK), i anticipate harvesting in the next 24-48 hours...

56 qt sterlite

Burma MS --> LC
LC --> 5 qt rye (spawn)
Spawn --> 1 brick coir, 1 qt verm, 1 qt coffee (starbucks)

i didn't even do a proper pasteurization for the bulk sub, but the tub fully colonized fast (less than 5 days)

no casing either :thumbup:

I. too got some Burma from just_me and uncle_rico. 5 quarts coming along nicely, plus a little jar for GLC. I'm stoked to put those quarts in an 18 g. tub. I'm thinking spawn to CCV. I'm wondering how you did your tub. I notice no polyfill. I've got plenty of tyvek, and most people seem to use polyfill, so I'd really like to know more about your technique. What I've heard about Burma sounds awesome : "thick, meaty", "high resistance to contamination", -and yours look great :cool:

I got my jars of burma ready to spawn. doing 8 jars for my 60qt monotub. Also got mine from just_me and uncle_rico. Only a couple days left till I'm ready to spawn.
