take your preforming art to a fucking park or something
harassing random people on the street is just asking for a beat down

had he pulled that stunt on me while I was pumping gas
he would have gotten doused with gas and probably set on fire

let him bring his 'art' to America and see how long he lives

minor annoyance, yes.  he never touched any of those people.  and he's wearing a silly, impractical costume, clearly not intended for actual burglary.  it was pretty clear there was no foul intention.  i guess you're just one of those unfortunate adults who've lost their sense of humor  papaver warned of. 

good thing i'll never grow up.  i'd hate to live life as a sour-puss.

they weren't scared.  they were surprised.  once they realized what was going on, they either laughed or got pissed, but that look of shock was gone.

you harbor a lot of anger for a completely benign prank.  can't be good for your blood pressure.

life's much more enjoyable with you're laughing about nothing rather than fuming about nothing.
