I agree 100% pvc is not a good material to use.  I dont use it because i like my product to be carcinogen free...

either hash oil or weed brownies is the way to go.

I'd probably try to roll a 1 lb. blunt or joint before I did that though.

cookie tip: make sure to strain the bud after you cook it in oil.  if you dont strain the weed it will taste really bad!

I got jelly strainer bags. :thumbup: It's been a couple of decades since I've done this, I'm pretty excited. Stuff is simmering right now.

Edit- am I going to want to do a second pull with fresh after I strain it? Or does it all get sucked up the first time?

i made 3oz of NICE buds into a shitload of huge peanut butter cookies.... they just chill in my freezer for "rainy days".  They are a little too strong, 1/2  and your trashed, full and your trippin (out). haha

Yeah, I used just 30 grams for this. Should get roughly 60 cookies, so one = a joint, roughly.

and doc if you dont want to make a good BHO rig buy one.  i think theres one called honey bee extractor or something.


i just realized im in the same situation as you.  my hook is giving me some trim to make hash. 


i was thinking 99 iso cuz thats what i did with my stems and it worked decntly.

any benefits of using acetone over 99 iso?

Id make 15 cookies instead... 2 grams per cookie. 

My potent ones are pobably 3(or more) grams of premo a cookie

here's my suggestions-

1. get a large pot, fill pot with solvent, soak and stir weed for 10-15 minutes, squeeze/filter weed, repeat 1x.

or

2. get a large pot, fill with oil (any, veg, canola, olive...) cook pot for 1 hour while mashing and agitating (using hands to squeeze is encouraged) pot, strain and squeeze.

idk maybe acetone is different but with iso even a minute is too long.  otherwise you start extracting the shit you dont want and defeat the whole purpose of extracting in the first place
