This girl is killing me

Alright, so here is some context: I'm 20 years old, and have been dating a smokin' hot girl for 7 months. I'm graduating from college this year.

Now, I really do think I love this girl. She's gorgeous, funny, and relatively open-minded.

However, she's also incredibly high-maintenance. She's the type of girl that if she's having a bad day (even if its due to lack of sleep or something) she will both blame me and take it out on me. All of her problems become my problems. Not only that, but when she is upset, all decency goes out the window. She'll tell me I'm a piece of shit, that she hates me, that she never wants to see me again, all for pretty much no reason. Recently, she was prescribed Zoloft, but she's not responsible enough to get it filled on time so there are multiple week gaps when she's not on it.

Secondly, she is wildly irresponsible with money. She blows her student loans on clothes and perfume, and then freaks out when she doesn't have money to by food (so I have to bail her out on a monthly basis).

Thirdly, she seriously encroaches on my ability to relax and have fun. I can make plans to go to a concert a month ahead of time (and tell her about this, even invite her...she of course refuses to go), and she'll flip out on me if I don't leave the concert early to come hang out with her. There have even been situations where I've been throwing a party at my house and she'll try to get me to tell the entire party (50+ people) to leave because she's not having fun.

Bottom-line, I know it's not a smart idea to get into a long-term relationship with this girl. I know that I can't rely on her to change - I've been waiting for it for 7 months with no luck.

But at the same time I can't bring myself to break up with her. She cares about me so much, it would absolutely devastate her. In her mind, she is hoping to move in together, get married, etc. I would feel like the most cruel person in the world if I broke up with her, and would most likely feel a lot of regret and miss her a lot.

I love her, but she's seriously putting a lot of strain on my life; I don't know what to do.
