It's hard to tell from the pics but they seem to look okay, why are they upside down?  And for future reference post this in the contam forum

You're good to go. It's not a horrible disaster. I've had the same thing happen and I freaked out, but everything came out just fine. It's just myc peepee. It happens, just be sure to rinse them really good when you birth them.
