can you program your brain 2 have the same effect with out taking lets say "speed" or Cocaine? program your mind 2 think that your on it when?

You could probably do something like that by inducing a placebo effect, but it wouldn't last as long and may be less intense. Do all of the things you'd normally do when doing the drug, only without the drug. For instance, I can come close to a high just by imitating the things I do (inhaling deeply and holding it in, breathing through a bowl, etc) when smoking weed, but it takes concentration to maintain and usually dissipates after just a few minutes.

In theory you could probably maintain it longer. I see it as a sort of lighter form of the meditative states that monks can induce, that can last for hours.

i have noticed that i have had some "trip-like" experiences without the help of any drugs at all.

lol i had a friend try #5 last year. he couldn't make it 2 days on that cycle. you must have to condition your body a long time for it to be able to go through the normal sleep cycles in 30 minutes.

i tried #4 unsuccessfully a few months ago
i did it slightly different though which is probably why
ill have to give it a go again one day when i find myself with nothing to do

ive also been trying to reach lucidity in dreams
maybe tonight ill get lucky
