i blame the drugs

2 years ago all I listened to was thrash and grunge music
now all i listen to is psychedelic jam music
i blame the drugs

On some drugs I will groove and dance to silence, or make what I believe to be surprisingly complicated beats with whatever common household items are within reach.

For instance, this young gentlemen, whilst intoxicated, has stumbled upon the joy of beating on things.

Yea, that vid makes me giggle every time. I'm not sure what he was on, but I would guess amphetamines of sorts, or GBL. At least with me, higher doses of G makes me spastic as all shit.

Was that an insult directed at me?

It doesn't matter if I'm on the drug or not, I just prefer jam music sober minded or not, but I don't think I would have ever found a love for it without certain chemical aid.

And I have already started listening to Jazz, love it.

I'm sure classical will be next.

Blues is what I'm a real fan of though, Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, and all that stemmed from listening to the Beatles, which I started listening to when I first smoked (and couldn't stand before), I think my thirst for soulful music is probably the greatest side effect of psychedelia :smile:
