being drunk and stoned.  Not if I'm drunk then get stoned, that always ends in tears.  But if I get stoned and THEN get drunk, it is an amazing feeling and cigarettes are heavenly.

Not that I'm aware of, but if I'm hammered and then have a session, I can often lose the ability to cognitively think and make my thoughts turn into words. 

I end up babbling gibberish and can barely walk.  It's almost like it adds another 10 drinks under my belt instantly and I'm fucked from there on out.
