Legally, you're right.  I'm not advocating any change in laws.  I'm merely exercising my First Amendment right to say what I think of these assholes.

Definitely within his constitutional rights. You can't argue that point. However you can see why it would make people extremely edgy.

Especially when some asswipe just showed up at an Obama rally packing and holding a sign that said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants." Clearly meant to convey a message...
