It's a thing 'a beauty when the dude who deserves to get his ass kicked gets his ass kicked.

Reminds me of a time my friend was at a train station w/ his skateboard. Some asshole (incidentally, also Mexican) shoved him from  behind, grabbed his board, and ran. My friend got up, ran the fucker down, snatched his board back and started walking away -- the dude didn't give up, and he was clearly about to start some shit, so my friend took a full swing at his head and hit him in the face w/ one of his trucks. Then the guy ran off -- probably to a fuckin' hospital. :lol:

In my opinion, it doesnt matter what was said before the incident. The fucker pulled a gun on someone who didnt have one. The only thing that skateboarder could have done to deserve that gun was to pull one out on the other guy first, which you can tell he didnt. I was kinda dissapointed that fucker didnt get beat worse. I really was craving seeing that guys head getting split open by a skateboard

It looked pretty fair...the one kid got a few blows and a skateboard smack in on the dude that was down and the one in the background was one on one too ....a few extra pops got thrown in for good measure,but the one dude that poped him in front fight had the gun pointed at him too,I would have kicked him a few times too when he was down or waited untill they got up and poped him.

    What really surprises me is the gun was not picked back up after the fight began.It had to be laying on the ground ready to be grabbed.....must not have been a real gun.

I know what your saying... for some reason this video just left me all jittery, I really reallllly was just craving to see something really bad and disgusting happen to that guy. I was left a little dissapointed with the lack of skateboard hitting skull. Still a great video though, that fucker got off lucky

That kid deserved to be knocked into a fucking coma.. maybe with some brain hemorrhaging , then maybe next time he'll think twice about pulling a gun on someone like that.

I agree. Bringing out a gun is the situation THEY created, and I would find no fault with someone who responded to the situation by kicking the fool near to death. The guy made a dangerous, stupid, unnecessary choice, and he didn't even have the intention or will to fully pursue it. When you threaten a person you should expect them to respond at a level appropriate to the threat, and a gun is a potential threat to MULTIPLE lives. If the skaters had fucking killed him, I'm not sure I'd have had any pity.

If the skater had killed him he wouldn't have been convicted. In that situation the adrenaline is coarsing through your veins and you aren't responsible for your actions. Fight or flight response takes hold and you defend yourself.
