The random chicken bit still stands firm. And it wouldn't have been a chick, jesh, but it's still the birdie equivalent of the placenta and stuff.

I like peanut butter but it's hard to make an omelette with peanut butter and eggs are made with specific stuff from inside the chicken, not random at all

you ever seen an egg plant?

ive been a vegetarian for quite some time. being a vegetarian is good for moral, health, environmental and political issues which is what i usually tell people who ask why i am a vegetarian. here are some things that took me a while to figure out while becoming vegetarian that you probably don't know and might want to avoid if u wanna be strict.

gelatin which is in alot of packaged food, is made from the fat of dead animals unless is says otherwise.

Food grade shellac or confectioners glaze , which is also in alot of packaged foods, is made from crushing scale bugs and collecting their juices which is what makes the glaze.

enzymes are pulled from the stomach lining of baby cows, which is used in most cheese (unless it says otherwise on the package of cheese) also used in alot of breads.

so if are trying to avoid all products used with dead animals there are some things to look out for.

i like to eat alot of milk based protien and soy base protien in combonation to cover most of the amino acids i miss out on by not eating meat to stay as healthy as possible. if u take alot of protien shakes a day you probably will be taking in more protien than the average meat eater and still can be considered a vegetarian.

The constituents of an egg is what a growing infant uses for early development.  It would make sense that it would contain all the necessary proteins and vitamins to promote life in early stages.  That's why it's high in those amino acids.

I was a vegetarian for about a year.  I still don't really eat meat much, and I plan on eating it even less in a few months, but I don't think I will ever call myself vegetarian again.  I like meat, but I don't mind not having it usually, but there are rare instances where I crave chicken or turkey or something, and why should I deny myself over a self-label?  I think the way animals are treated is terrible, plus all the hormones and stuff, but I don't really mind if I eat meat rarely.  I don't think everyone should become vegetarian.  I do think that virtually everyone should stop eating as much meat as they do, because eating lower on the food chain is simply BETTER for the environment.

I remember reading that vegetarianism or not eating meat but eating fish (forget the word), are the healthiest ways to live.  Eating meat in moderation isn't unhealthy, but eating a lot of it, especially red meat, can be.  Veganism can also be unhealthy too.  It seems that the "middle way" is probably the best.

Wtf.  I knew about gelatin since my 4th grade teacher told us (and at that age, I thought it was fucking awesome), but none of that other stuff.  Ignorance is bliss.

well if ur really careful and picky about what you eat u can probably get just as much protien amino acids and vitamins and nutrients from bein a vegetarian as you can a meat eater. you just have to research and plan carefully.

i think it would benefit huge to the world if everyone became vegetarian, only thing is i know that will never happen so pushing it on people is worthless. people will always want to eat meat.

Ok ok, but you have to admit although it might be healthy, it's still gross and you can get alot of the same nutrients from other stuff.

i think the only thing lacking from a non meat diet is the amino acids which are in milk im pretty sure. also i hear hemp seed has some of the amino acids that are in meat.

A couple you missed:
-Many beers and wines are clarified through isinglass (fish swim bladders).
-Approximately 2/3 of US refined sugars are filtered through bone char. Buy organic and carbon free.
