that's incorrect, there was just a thread about it and a few of
the links were recent studies showing degradation of bone tissue

well,yes, the green meat is terrible, unless you want to trip really hard

i agree about the balance, too. and, IMHO opinion a least, selecting good cuts from organic or free range, of hormone free meat is key. its the shit they put in the food more than the food itself.
