Firefox and flash player... WTF???

So I decided to install firefox since IE was pissing me off and running EXTREMELY slow... and, firefox is indeed running much quicker than IE...

but I go to watch some videos on youtube... and it tells me I need to install the latest adobe flash player, which I did...
tells me it finished downloading and installing yet when I go back to youtube I get the same fucking message!

I've tried restarting my computer and all that junk... nothing is working.. and now I'm having the same problem with IE.. even thogh I never deleted it from there... in fact it wont even bring me to the 'run''save'page when I click install.

WTF IS GOING ON???

and how do I uninstall firefox... there's no option for it in the start up menu for windows XP

you're doing something wrong then.  Try uninstalling flash player then re-install it.  It has nothing to do with firefox.

still happening... did a google search... apparently I'm not the only one having this problem

Not sure then I didn't have to do anything except uninstall flash player then reinstall.  Keep searching through google see what you can find someone else here might know though.
