Interesting, I experience much the same thing except it feels like a huge pulse originating in my head that proceeds to travel down my spine sending exploding chills that radiate outwards.  The feeling is almost akin to that aural surge I hear whenever I yawn, and it always happens when I realize or observe something truly significant.  Do you know what the technical term for this is?

I call the feeling kundalini but other cultures have called it by different names. It is like the "holy spirit" directing your attention. That's cool you have it too. I think developing and tuning into these feelings is humanity's TOP priority. I have made it my goal to surrender to this force and let it guide my actions and decisions, so far it has done nothing but good for me. I think this energy is the road to your higher self.

My step-uncle is a marine who got back from Iraq two years ago.My little sister was with him and she started talking about how I think that the government is spraying people the whole story. He told her that there is a military operation to fly planes over cities and spray metal aerosols (aluminum and barium). He said it was to help prevent global warming.
