 Board improvements

I will be adding new features to the board over the next day or two. Here are the descriptions of a couple.
* Gives the user the option to quote the original message when replying to a PM. There is a checkbox to include the quote. If the user leaves the checkbox checked, then the message they are replying to will be included at the end of their message in quote tags.
* This modification will allow a registered user to "Mark All Read" all new threads/posts or just one board at a time by clicking on the mushroom beside the forum.
* This will add the option to search subject or body or both. Also, it allows for a seperate username field so searches can be done with specific criteria along with the username. It also allows for users to search through their sent and received Private Messages.
* This hack will allow you to view the User List by starting letter or number.
* Spell check
* Allows you to change the rating of a user. I have also changed some lines that the number of stars is not calculated using intval, but round. So 4.5 are for instance 5 stars, not. Without this change 4.999 are 4 stars.

The spell checker isn't the best but it's better than nothing I guess.

yea i think i found a problem when i replied to a thread that had been moved it started a new post also maybe spell checker is quick reply

This is a great option, but can you take the automatic check out of there? I get a bunch of PM's and it's a pain to look through all of them when there's an assload of replies in each PM. People forget t uncheck it. Even I forgot to uncheck it a couple of times.
