Do you fucking use SWIM when talking with friends?  Do you fucking know how many topics there are and how many message boards and how many morons just like you that talk about tons of drug use etc etc?  Do you really fucking think that if you state SWIM instead of I that anything changes?  Does that somehow eliminate probable cause?  Who's been arrested on this forum?

Wake up you spineless worms.  I can just see a defense attorney accusing a major drug runner: "Well your honor, all the kilos of cocaine had Property of Swim written on them, and how did the police find out about this?  What was the probable cause, because every thing he's ever talked about has been about someone else?

This is a shortcut into fucking retard land.  If a smart person wanted to misdirect anything and not have anyone instantly know they really mean themselves, they'd elaborate and make a good story, not use the fucking acronym SWIM.

We all know how police will twist & turn everything that come out of your mouth.  Why publicly admit to something on a message board?  Its sheer stupidity.  Police frequent message boards & chat rooms looking for felonious activity.

I would go as far as not actually mentioning the exact word for what you are speaking of. For Example , ( NOT ME) say you grow marijuana . I wouldn't go on a message board asking direct questions about it & say that its you doing it.

Use a metaphor such as "Tomatoes". So if they (DEA , Local narcotics )do a search, Marijuana will not come up with your name in the post.

They have your IP address and know it's your computer. Saying SWIM is just as much of a defense as saying "Someone else posted from my computer" that's about it. And even then you'd have to somehow prove that it wasn't you

unless you answer yes to all of that, using SWIM is less than useless and just fucking stupid.  they know it's you.  it's not like they're going to present message board posts as proof, even if we're assuming for a second that they DO troll these boards looking for busts.  they would simply pay closer attention to you and bust you on concrete things not tied to a message board.  the board would not ever be mentioned, it would needlessly complicate the trial, unless it was being used to facilitate drug trafficking.


or at the very fucking least, properly construct your story from a 3rd person perspective
