Can you use bird seed for scletoria growth (in a jar)? I know it works with rye and all, just not sure about the bird seed. Thanks for any replies

I've never worked with it, but I think you need rye grass seed, not birdseed for scletoria growth.

user exists I am actualy glad you posted I have been trying to PM you for a few days, but everytime I send the PM it goes to my home (I assume because of the same name), and yes I have been spelling it corectly(lower case). Anyway reply to this if you want me to change my name. You were here first so I have no problem changing. Let me know.

The same name is completely a coincidence. I have decided to change my name. I am going to wait about a week. I have won in a contest and need to keep this name until it is over. Hmm?..now to think of a new name.

thanks for the conformation. Thats what I thought but wasn't sure. I am going to try with two jars just to see what happens. If nothing thats cool. If something than that is cool to. Thanks for the feed back.
