Chicken Noodle Soup with an All American?

I usually spend hours cooking up a chicken noodle soup in a large stock pot but now that I have an AAPC 915 I think I'd like to use it to make soup tonight.  Every recipe I've googled is completely different so I wanted to get some opinions on how long to cook for, what PSI, and what a safe water (broth) level is for the soup.  It's feeding three for a few day or two, if that helps.  Thanks!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I know the Pub moves a lot faster than the cooking forum.
