That guy had some good fucking lawyers. Btw people suing in cases like this dont get money all the time or if they get paid is not usually big amounts like they used to pay before.

As far as he didn't deserve or was being pamper for the GOv, it doesn't matter if he was drunk, he tripped, he was pushed, or got a stroke and fall down the track, it is still an  accident and the driver failed, that means the organization that is behind failed, and has to pay the guy for his suffering, fuck man it is a leg. That is how the jury saw it, I think.

Why don't you prostitute yourself, at least you will have both legs and money in your pockets since it makes you happy.(OP)

I would saw off my own leg and cauterize the wound with a Bic for 1 million.  Oh god all my debt would be gone and my father and I would be living comfortably for the rest of our lives.  We're simple people.

You'd not only get money, but a close ass parking spot in front of any store.  Plus, you can run on a prosthetic leg just as well with a natural leg once you're used to it.

i cant possibly see how its worth losing a leg for some money to provide temporary satisfaction. everything i love doing would be ruined if i lost a leg.
what if the fine print said you had to sacrifice your 3rd leg?

I had a broken ankle for a month and a half , and i couldnt walk on it. It sucked all i did was get drunk high and play gta all day. wait a second....It rocked! As for a leg for a million...All i ask is that you do it quick.

Part of the reason that subway is there is so that he can get drunk and have a safe way to get home - it keeps him out of a car. I don't see why the subway doesn't make their gates big enough to keep a person from falling onto the tracks.
