I believe mild secretions are possible (I've seen them).  I've seen some gooey white stuff and some clear lubricant type stuff come out of females that I have taken to the heights of ecstacy.  But, it doesn't blow out like a damn firehose.  It slowly leaks out and leaves a small wet spot.

For enormous amounts of fluid to be shot out like that, you would need a macroscopic, rather large gland.  If you have ever dissected a (female) human cadaver, you would know that no such gland does not exist.

Inevitably, someone will link to the wiki on "paraurethral ducts" and say "see, it exists", but those ducts are extremely small, and couldn't hold that much liquid.

The seminal vesicles produce up to 75% of male ejaculate.  These vesicles are just as tiny as the paraurethral glands in women, so there is no reason for females to have a vast reservoir for ejaculate.  The vesicles (male) and glands (female) produce fluid on demand.
