I just dropped $200 fora new modem/internet service (application fees an all that) and was told that my bill would be an additional $35/month henceforth

fine

this morning I get a text message on my phone telling me that my bill is going to be $140/month for both my phone (which was only costing about $50) and my internet (which, like I said, *should* only be an additional $35)

so I call them up and find out that they 'waived' my first month's service for me...except...I have to pay that now next month as well as next month's service too (so January was never given to me like I had been told it would be as part of their deal - it was just simply pushed back and tacked on to February's service)

so basically:

I was told that I'd have to pay for the modem upfront (which I did)
and that my first month's of service would be absolutely free (which it wasn't)
and that I would begin paying $35/month henceforth to keep it going (yes and no)
and that February's bill would, in fact, be $35/month (which it is)
BUT
it would also include January's $35/month bill as well
which *should have* been waived

so yeah - I'm ragging right now
