Signs or mind asocciation?

There was a simillar post about a guy practicing shamanism. Anyway, i don't. The things is that there are this kind of "things" in my mind that make me feel good or bad about doing a thing. Like something that stops me doing things. My question is if these are something that limits me in doing something and I have to pass them OR something that I must obey. Of course I don't follow them all the time, and sometimes I think what would have happened if I would have followed them.. This is about all.. I am sure we all have something simillar.. What do you guys do? Follow your mind's non logic thoughts or think logically??

It depends.
Sometimes thinking logically is a hindrance (note: this is not a "get out of logic" free card). Expression can definitely be hindered by logic (think art and music).
