The key is understanding. Also on the key ring is compassion, patience, meditation, and contemplation. What turns these keys is the ability to let go......

Do you really believe this Mr_Mushrooms? Deluding implies that you are feeling something that goes against what you deep down know to be true. Isn't inner peace just as valid an inherent state of mind as inner turmoil? Why does turmoil have to be the natural state of the mind's reaction to the universe?

actually i believe that everything came from 'void' and to it we will return. so in a way feelings are a delusion
